Were Direct Energy Weapons Deployed Against California Residents?

While the villains that either exacerbated or arranged California’s fires exploit the horror they created to pitch “Climate Change” for their globalist masters, others are raising some rather more serious questions.

Perhaps it’s time to look into those Direct Energy Weapons patents and/or hardware and how they might account for at least a portion of the destruction in lives and property that appears to prove all too convenient well documented Agenda 21 directives.
