Hmmm, no, not biting on that one. If nanotechnology requires -30 degrees to survive, which makes no sense to me since it’s not alive, then it won’t work in the body. My guess is that the frigid temperature prevents a chemical reaction that will occur in the body. More words from somebody who knows sure would be nice even though it would not convince me to take it.
